SHIPPING POLICY
His-Tamper.com takes great pride in customer service, and it
all starts with our industry-leading shipping and delivery
process for our premium tamper engine/motor replacement
kits.
Typically, you'll receive the engine / motor replacement kit
for your used or dead jumping jack (tamper) motor / engine
within 7 to 14 days. In the event an unusually large order
is placed before your order and the shipping time frame
differs from the standard 7 to 14 days, our office will
contact you via email and/or phone to notify you of the
current shipping status. His-Tamper.com will ship your
tamping rammer (tamper) pneumatic engine kit world-wide
using an internationally reliable parcel service such as but
not limited to USPS, UPS, FexEx, DHL, etc. at the buyer's
expense.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail
confirming your order. If you have restrictive anti-spam
settings in your email program (i.e. spam box or bulk mail
box, etc.), please add this e-mail address,
orders@his-tamper.com, to your approved contact list so
communication will not fail.
In some Southern Arizona locations, His-Tamper.com offers
same-day delivery service.
It's that simple, and the process runs as smoothly as it
sounds.
RETURN POLICY
His-Tamper.com is committed to nothing less than excellent
customer service. With that in mind, his-tamper.com will
accept a return using the following protocol:
- Customer must
contact His-Tamper.com within
30 days after delivery of product for a refund.
- Customer will
provide detailed information
regarding the nature of the return directly to
His-Tamper.com.
- Customer agrees to a 10% restocking
fee.
- Customer must pay for return
shipping unless it's determined it's a
warranty issue.
- Warranty return shipping will be
reimbursed to customer after His-Tamper.com approves
warranty status.
- Refunds will be shipped within 14
days of approval.
