HIGHER INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS doing business as and herein known as "His-Tamper.com" will warrant to the original consumer purchaser of our products that for 180 days (six months), our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use on the original tamper of installation.

This warranty is only applicable to our products used by the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners. Except where a different express written warranty has been issued with respect to particular products, no warranty, expressed or implied, is extended by His-Tamper.com to any person or persons, company or companies other than its registered distributors and other direct buyers.

Products made and distributed by His-Tamper.com are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Our obligation under these warranties shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part or parts that prove defective. These warranties do not cover the cost of installation, removal, subsequent damage or the defective product, regardless of who performs the work.

These warranties shall become void if His-Tamper.com’s products are misused, abused, mishandled, improperly stored, changed, modified or subjected to extreme temperature or extreme moisture levels, acts of God or the effects of normal wear and tear.

This warranty is effective on products manufactured on or after January 1, 2010.
